• Please note that returns and exchanges have to be arranged and confirmed within 7 business days upon receiving the item. Customers are advised to notify fiixaphone.com through E- Mail or Facebook as soon as you receive the package and if you need to return or exchange.

• Customers are liable to handle return delivery charges and arrange returns on their own.

• Returns can be arranged through any delivery service that is available in Sri Lanka or drop off at our location Address – 26/12, Fernando Road, Colombo 06.  0777 98 68 05 / 077 2 777 690.

• Exchange of items are based on availability only.

• Items need to be in their original condition.

• If there are any, Damage, labels/accessories attached when the items are received, they should be intact on the return item.

• If the return items are not in their original condition we reserve the right to send it back. Any delivery charges would not be added to the refund amount.
